Pro Tune Performance, Inc. Return/Exchange Policy

1. All returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the customer receiving the product and only if they have received a Return Merchandise Authorization “RMA” number. Pro Tune Performance, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any package without an authorization number. Returns will be processed within 10 business days ("business days" exclude weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered) of receipt.

2. If you receive a damaged, defective, or a partial order then you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving the order. If the issue is not reported to the RMA department within this time frame we reserve the right to refuse the return.

3. In the event of a defect that is outside of our return policy but within the manufacturer’s warranty, exchange will be handled directly with the manufacturer, with the outcome of the claim being determined solely by the manufacturer. Pro Tune Performance,Inc. will as a courtesy try to facilitate a thorough review of the claim for the customer, with the understanding that Pro Tune Performance,Inc. does not make any decisions on these issues i.e. approvals, denials, fees, ect.

4. Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition. If any component of the returned product is missing, Pro Tune Performance, Inc's return procedure will be breached and may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense.

5. Any non-defective product returned for refund will be assessed the original shipping charges incurred by Pro Tune Performace, Inc. A Damage & Recovery fee may be deducted if the returned merchandise is not resalable (damage to product, product is incomplete, packaging is broken). Pro Tune Performance,Inc. will not assess a restocking fee on defective returns. A qualified technician will test & review each returned product.

6. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless they receive an incorrect item. In addition, if returning an item for a refund the original shipping cost incurred by Pro Tune Performance,Inc. will be deducted from the refund issued. When sending an item back to us we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx, or any other carrier that offers signature confirmation and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and only the signature of an authorized Pro Tune Performance,Inc. employee will suffice as proof of delivery. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.

7. Customers are responsible for checking all merchandise for damage or defects when received before the item is used. Pro Tune Performance,Inc. will not take a return of an item that is damaged or defective if it has been used. If the product is damaged during shipment, Pro Tune Performance,Inc. will replace the product at no charge after a claim has been processed with the shipper.

8. Pro Tune Performance,Inc. is not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts.

9. Unauthorized returns, refused packages and undeliverable packages can take up to 3 weeks to be processed and may be refused, returned to you at your expense, or charged a restocking fee (the amount to be determined upon processing the refused item). If your return has not been processed within the specified time then please email rob@speedyasscars.com.

10. Returns will not be accepted for any of the following: Chips and Tuners, Diablo Sport and SCT products, Wheel/Tire Packages, ANY Exhaust, Clutches, any custom-order or made-to-order items, non-defective items that have been used or installed on a vehicle.

11. These products are only up for exchange in the case of a defect. Issues with these items must be taken up directly with the manufacturer.

Pro Tune Performance,Inc. reserves the right, without notification, to make any changes or amendments at any time to the return policy and procedures.
